Every AURESELENE piece is carefully inspected, polished, and packaged before shipment.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–6 business days.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Switzerland
  • Australia

We’re actively working to expand to more regions—thank you for your patience as we grow.

Shipping Cost

  • Orders under $150: $7.99 flat-rate shipping
  • Orders $150 and above: Free shipping

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

15-Day Return Policy

At AURESELENE, we want you to feel confident and connected to every piece you bring into your life. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 15-day return period under the conditions below.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused and unworn jewelry that is:

  • In original packaging (including jewelry box, pouch, and tags)
  • In new, resale-ready condition
  • Not purchased during a final sale, clearance, or promotion marked “non-returnable”

Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you’re unsure about sizing or materials before purchasing, we’re always happy to guide you.


How to Start a Return (Return Process)

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@aureselene.com
  2. Include the following in your email:
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  1. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days. Once approved, you will receive the return instructions and the return address.

Refund Process

Once your return is delivered to us:

  1. Your item will be inspected within 3–5 business days.
  2. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  3. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us at support@aureselene.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Your order number
  • A short description

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (unless defective upon arrival)
  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Items marked as non-returnable at purchase
  • Products that show signs of use or alteration
